At Hermanus Shuttle Services, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness while maintaining the highest level of service. Please review the guidelines below regarding cancellations, refunds, and amendments.
1. Cancellation Terms
Private Chauffeur, Airport Transfers & Tours:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a 100% forfeiture of the refund.
No-shows or failure to be present at the pickup location at the agreed time will be non-refundable.
2. Amendments & Changes
Changes to pickup times, service duration, or adjustments to travel details are subject to a service fee at the company’s discretion, based on the vehicle selected and other logistical factors.
All modification requests must be communicated via WhatsApp or email and confirmed by our team.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
If cancellation is due to documented emergencies (such as flight cancellation, medical reasons, or extreme weather conditions), we may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Transaction fees or third-party booking fees may be non-refundable.
Gift vouchers or promotional bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
